Simply place the steamer in an indirect stream of water in the shower. One aromatherapy rock = approximately a 20-minute shower. We recommend enjoying the benefits and then simply pushing the shower steamer out of the water stream (after about 5 minutes of use, for example) and the second half can be used a second time.
