Trapper the Wonder Dog and Aunt Laurie - Certified Therapy Dog Team!

It is with great sadness to report Trapper has gone to heaven now. He was a loyal partner to Aunt Laurie and a faithful mascot of Aunt Laurie's. We miss him every day.

Trapper the Wonder Dog and Aunt Laurie were a certified by Therapy Dog International and made an awesome team. Trapper was seen frequently out and about with Aunt Laurie in the community, attending special events, making presentations, and visiting the sick and lonely. Trapper the Wonder Dog was a gentle giant, and the kids loved to read to him at the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina public libraries.

He always seemed to charm the ladies with his kind, gentle ways, so he had girlfriends throughout the community!

As a therapy dog team, Trapper and Aunt Laurie walked in parades, presented to groups, visited children's schools and have also participated in vacation bible school. They also visited nursing homes, Alzheimer patients, and children with autism.
