Substitution of Products
On rare occasions, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of same or higher cost.
A 50% deposit due at time of order. Balance due upon delivery.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect
information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. WE WILL NOT SELL
OR RENT THIS INFORMATION TO ANYONE.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not
share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill
your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We take security serious at Aunt Laurie’s and take precautions to protect your information. When you
submit sensitive information via our website or over the phone, your information is protected both
online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and
transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon at the bottom of your
web browser or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your
information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example,
billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The
computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure
Aunt Laurie’s will ship all orders based on the customers’ requirements but cannot guarantee USPS or in
rare cases, Fed Ex or UPS, will deliver on a specified date since they are a third-party service. Aunt
Laurie’s will assist in all delivery communications with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. While Aunt Laurie’s will do
everything possible to meet the customer’s shipping and delivery dates, Aunt Laurie’s is not responsible
if UPS, Fed Ex or USPS does not deliver a gift basket on time. The buyer can file a claim with UPS, Fed Ex
or USPS directly for any inconvenience this has caused.
All orders placed before noon on a business weekday will depart the warehouse within 48 hours. Orders
on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will depart Monday or Tuesday of the following week, unless the
warehouse is closed for a holiday or weather incident. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, are entered in
to production on the following business day.
Free Shipping, when offered, is for the United States Only, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Some of Aunt Laurie’s larger gift baskets based on dimensional weight and size have additional shipping
costs. If Aunt Laurie’s offers free shipping, it is for USPS ground shipments only.
During the warm months of May thru September, we will not ship Chocolate gift baskets.
Coupons / Promo Codes
Coupon and promo codes can not be used with other coupon or promo codes (combine) and will not be
accepted on any gift baskets with free shipping.
Volume discounts are available upon request.
