Do you ship gift baskets?
Yes! We ship nationwide. Shipping to PO boxes is not accepted.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for online orders for a specific order value.
How are orders shipped?
All orders shipped USPS Priority 2-3 business day boxes within the continental United States to street addresses.
Shipping to PO boxes is not accepted.
When do orders ship?
All orders leave the warehouse within 48 business hours or less. We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 and over the weekend will ship out Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the order will ship the next business day.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, choose express shipping at checkout. Your gift will ship for 2 day expedited delivery via USPS or FedEx for an extra fee. Busy holiday volumes may prevent the reliability of USPS and FedEx.
Is local gift basket delivery available?
Yes, local personal gift basket delivery is available for an extra fee within a 20-mile radius of Bluffton. This includes Hilton Head Island, portions of Beaufort, Sun City, Hardeeville. Choose the personal local delivery option upon check out and we will schedule your gift basket delivery as quickly as possible.
Gift Basket Delivery Options
We are not able to off gift basket delivery to PO boxes or lock boxes. GIft basket delivery is available Monday thru Friday only. Delivery of gift baskets to businesses is limited to business hours.
Do you offer corporate gift baskets and corporate event gifts?

Do you donate gift baskets or raffle gift baskets?
Yes, we get a lot of requests for raffle gift baskets, so we have a BOGO policy. We will work with you to pick the appropriate basket and then match the cost. Colors, themes, products, special items are all available. Call Aunt Laurie to discuss – 843-415-8230
Can I get a refund on my order?
No refunds or cancellations available.
Is a note included with each basket?
Yes, if you provide the wording, we hand write each note for a personal touch.

Can I build my own basket?
Yes, we offer build your own gift basket online, so you may customize and personalize as you wish! Go to the drop down menu in the upper left corner and select build a basket. It is easy!
